As a Navy veteran, Joe proudly served as a hospital corpsman and medical laboratory technician, gaining invaluable insights into health and wellness. This foundation ignited Joe’s passion for science of natural healing, leading him to co-found Joi Allen, a company dedicated to crafting organic herbal creams and tinctures.

As a certified herbalist with a specialization in holistic healing, Joe blends his knowledge and experience to create products that nurture both the skin and spirit. Joe’s educational background also includes a BA in healthcare, an MBA, and a master’s in human resource management, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between health and business.
